One Time Pledge Costs
$75 Pledge Fee due to the National Office within five days of the pledge ceremony

$225 Initiation Fee due two weeks prior to Initiation to the National Office

$58 Local dues for Business and social activities. 
None of the Social Dues are used for the purchase of alcohol.

HOUSING
Yearly Rent is $2,900 and is quite a bit cheaper than living in the Residence Halls.

The House is open during ALL Breaks, including summer break During the summer break, members split the cost of bills (Generally $75-105 per month for June and July).

All bills are paid (for semesterly and yearly contracts) EXCEPT for your phone service. 

There are several different rental contracts to choose from:  YEARLY, SEMESTERLY, SUMMER and CHRISTMAS BREAK.  Summer and Christmas break rental rates are significantly reduced, and anyone with a YEARLY contract does not have to pay any rent during the summer months (only bills).

LIVING IN THE CHAPTER HOUSE IS REQUIRED beginning the year after a man initiates, unless the house is at break-even capacity.

If you have not lived in the Chapter house for at least one year, there is an out of house fee of $25 per month during the academic year.  This fee does not apply to the academic year in which a man is pledging.
